Terms of Service
Last updated 27 June 2026
These terms govern use of the Nestamedia Studios website and form the basis of our client engagements unless superseded by a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
Use of this website
You may browse this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, or use the site in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Content on this website — including text, visuals, code samples, and branding — is owned by Nestamedia Studios or used under licence and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Services and proposals
Project scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal or contract. Verbal assurances do not override signed or accepted written terms.
Client materials must be supplied on time and with appropriate rights or licences. Delays in client feedback or asset delivery may affect schedules and launch dates.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable according to the schedule in your proposal. Late payment may pause work and incur interest in line with applicable law.
Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, stock assets, plugins, or ad spend are typically billed separately unless included in your package.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive the usage rights specified in their agreement. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a confidentiality arrangement states otherwise.
Pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and know-how remain our property.
Liability
We provide services with reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where applicable, to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
